Subscription Policy

1. Plans Offered
eBallet offers:
          • Annual Subscription (paid upfront)
          • Monthly Subscription (auto-renewing)

2. Billing & Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
          • Annual plans renew every 12 months.
          • Monthly plans renew every 30 days.

3. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Plan
          • May be cancelled at any time.
          • Access continues until end of billing cycle.
          • No partial refunds.

Annual Plan
          • Non-refundable after 7 days of purchase.
          • Access continues for the full subscription period.

4. Failed Payments
If payment fails:
          • We will retry the charge automatically.
          • Day 1: Automatic retry
          • Day 3: Retry
          • Day 7: Retry
          • Day 10: Final retry
          • Users will receive email notifications.
          • Access will pause after 7 days if payment is not resolved.
If payment remains unresolved for 30 days, subscription will be cancelled.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered:
          • Within 7 days of initial annual purchase.
          • If technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved.

 
PAYMENT FAILURE NOTIFICATIONS

Day 1 – Payment Fails
In-App Banner:
“We couldn’t process your payment. Please update your card to continue uninterrupted access.”

Day 3 – Second Attempt
Push Notification:
Your eBallet access will pause in 4 days if payment isn’t updated.

Day 7 – Grace Period Ends
Access becomes limited.
Email:
Your subscription is temporarily paused. Update your payment method to restore full access.

Day 30 – Cancellation (email)
Your subscription has been cancelled due to unresolved payment issues. We would love to welcome you back anytime.
